Rules

A game of tsuitate-shogi proceeds just as a normal game of shogi does, except that you cannot see your opponent's pieces. Computer serves as an umpire and tells you whenever either player made an illegal move or a check. You lose immediately if you made 10 illegal moves. Other than that a winner is decided according to normal shogi rules. A game is declared draw if neither of the players wins within 150 moves (75 moves for each side).

Rating

Although our rating system is almost equal to well known ELO rating system, your rating is usually displayed lower, until you have played enough (40 currently), than the rating you are expected to end up with.
